Vibratech distributes two tiers of the Vibrex 2000 Plus platform: the base V2K+ and the Enhanced Vibrex 2000 Plus (EV2K+). They share a name and a core purpose — rotor track & balance and vibration analysis — but differ enough in range and tracking support that picking the wrong one means re-buying later.

The V2K+: Built for Defined, Repetitive Work

The base V2K+ pairs with Strobex for blade tracking and covers the balance and spectrum range most routine helicopter maintenance actually needs. If your shop services a narrow range of aircraft types and the balancing work is largely repetitive main-rotor and tail-rotor track & balance, the V2K+ covers it without paying for range you won't use.

The EV2K+: Wider Range, FasTrak-Ready

The EV2K+ extends the balance range down to 120 RPM and up to 30,000 RPM, and its spectrum range runs from 1,200 to 600,000 — a substantially wider window for both component balancing at unusual speeds and detailed spectrum diagnostics. It's also the tier that supports FasTrak optical blade tracking, which matters if your shop is moving away from flag-and-grease-stick or Strobex-only tracking toward camera-based optical timing.
